Motorcycle Sales Person

Bike Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Bike Sales Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the motorcycle sales administration and data entry to highly accurate standards.

Main Duties:
> Monitor and ensure all vehicle data is input accurately.
> Ensure that workshop jobs are requested in a timely manner.
> Accurate creation of bike sales orders.
> Ensure that all relevant paperwork is correct pre-sale and on invoicing.
> Add new and used stock to our dealer management system.
> Register warranties with manufacturers and third party providers.
> Tax vehicles online via DVLA or the AFRL systems.
> Process commissions.
> Stock taking as required.
> Answer incoming telephone calls.

The ideal candidate will need to be of strong character, friendly and reactive to the daily challenges of an extremely busy sales environment.

You will have similar, proven experience in a similar role within the motor industry. It is essential that you are computer literate, have a keen eye for detail, excel at interaction with colleagues and be able to communicate at all levels both written and verbally.

The role is heavily customer focused and their interests are priority whilst your loyalty must lie with SMC Bikes.

Motorcycle Techincian

Following our most successful year ever, we are now looking to enhance our team with the addition of another member of our techincal team to help us build on that success.

We focus on our enthusiasm for bikes and our friendliness towards people, as well as the care, experience and dedication required to work on bikes from some of the biggest names in the business. If you can't provide these qualities in abundance, then you're not for us.

We require someone who is not only reliable, courteous, honest and open, but someone who finds it easy to make friends, support our customers and get along with others, someone who cares about people and the bikes they ride.

In return we will provide in house training, enroll you on industry approved training programs and you will attend manufacturer courses where applicable.
