We had the pleasure or purchasing two motorbikes from SMC. We are writing to express our gratitude for the care & attention we received during the procedures from start to finish.

In particular, Jimmy, who was our first point of contact, for having the insight to pop us on a bike we would not have considered due to it’s size - the Honda Goldwing, which we bought the next day when Bob took over dealing with us. He was completely understanding of our characters and dealt with us in a slow & reassuring manner, making our purchase most joyful, when it could have been worrying and rushed. We were even allowed to bring the bike home to test if we could get it down the steep driveway before we purchased it. How trusting is that?

As a result or our treatment from the sales team, we will be coming back as customers many, many times with our 3 vehicles. The whole atmosphere is one of laid back and careful concern and we enjoyed dealing with Debbie on reception and Kirsty in clothing, who had the kindness to fit a visor, even though she was not used to the make.

Lance too was a careful, thorough and ethical man, who dealt with the finance in a methodical way and John and Paul also steered us through our service on another bike, plus ordering parts and getting us kitted out for cleaning etc. Both went well beyond the call of duty.

We have lived in Sheffield for many years and have dealt with other bike dealers and had none of the service your staff provided us with. We are simply delighted with your business and hope that you and your team go on to grow in the success you deserve.
