Open to applicants from UK over 16 years. Participants must hold a valid SMC RR card.
The promoter of the SMC RR Card is Sheffield Motorcycle Centre, 35 Walker Street, Sheffield, S3 8GZ.
The card remains the property of Sheffield Motorcycle Centre (SMC) who reserve the right to decline and withdrawn participants.
SMC RR Card is not a credit or guarantee card. SMC RR Card, the points and benefits are not transferable and the card must be presented before transactions to qualify for RR Card benefits.
Purchases at external shows and events are excluded from this scheme.
Benefits of the SMC RR Card may be subject to change and the points will only be valid for the benefit applicable to the scheme at the time.
No cash alternative to points will be allowed. Points are only redeemable through SMC vouchers. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold or traded.
A minimum of £1 must be spent in a transaction to qualify for points. Then 1 point per pound. This can be altered at the discretion of SMC.
Points will be deducted on any items that are returned and refunded. Current redemption value of points is one point equals one penny. SMC reserve the right to vary the rate at any time.
Points will be redeemed in the form of an SMC voucher to cardholders with over 500 points. Cardholders with fewer than 500 points shall have their points carried over to the next collecting period. Vouchers will be issued at the end of each collecting period (June and December).
Points will be calculated from the date of application. Collecting periods may vary. Vouchers are valid for 90 days after the date of issue. In a case where the full amount of a voucher is not spent within the 90 days, a new voucher will be issued with the original expiry date
There will be no cash facility for the remaining amount unspent on vouchers. Vouchers not redeemed within the expiry timescale are worthless. In any dispute, the decision of SMC will be final and binding.
There will be a nominal charge for the replacement of lost cards. Data held on cardholders will not be made available to any third party without consent. Data held regarding cardholders will be held securely and centrally and available to view by the subject within 7 working days of a written request.
SMC shall not be liable for any compensation should any privileges or benefits not be available to the cardholder due to unexpected circumstances.
