Full or Part time parts advisor
An opportunity has arisen to join SMC as a Full time (or part time) parts advisor in our very busy parts & accessories department.
An in depth knowledge of motorcycles & a technical understanding is essential. We can supply parts & accessories for almost every make & model of bike that has been produced over the last 30 years & beyond if available.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role preferably from within the motorcycle trade, or someone with a proven background as a technician would be ideal.
Attributes:
* A positive attitude with an organised approach.
* Ability to work on
their own initiative & often under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability
to use a PC based stock control system an advantage.
* Familiarity with electronic parts catalogues an advantage.
Full training will be

Full time technician
We are looking to enhance our impressive team of technicians by the addition of another full time technician.
The right candidate will have the passion & enthusiasm for everything connected with bikes & biking, with a proven track record of quality & quantity of workmanship.
As a Suzuki & Yamaha main dealer, the standard of work must always be second to none, continuing our high level of customer satisfaction & confidence.
An MOT tester would have the advantage but is by no means essential.
